Booking a month-long stay still runs on RFQ emails, phone calls, and rate sheets, through a middle layer that holds the availability and adds a markup. We'd each spent a career close to that problem, across insurance and corporate housing, real estate, and technology.
Radius is the real-time marketplace we wanted: the host lists live availability at their own rate, and companies and guests book it directly — no layers, no markup.

None of us read about that problem. We each spent a career inside it, on four different sides:
No one on either end sees live availability, so a single request turns into a round of emails, calls, and rate sheets. The supplier answering it usually doesn't control the unit, which adds cost to the stay. Rates can also move with the size of the company's budget rather than the market. Radius removes those layers and opens that demand directly to the hosts themselves.
