We built Radius because the 30+ day stay deserved real rails.
Booking a month-long stay still runs on RFQ emails, phone calls, and rate sheets — with a markup added at every handoff. We'd each spent a career close to that problem, across insurance and corporate housing, real estate, and technology.
Radius is the real-time marketplace we wanted: the host lists live availability at their own rate, and companies and guests book it directly — no layers, no markup.
Why we built Radius
We didn't read about the broken handoff — we lived on different sides of it: placing displaced families, sourcing corporate stays, operating the accommodations themselves, and building the software meant to make it easier. The same broken handoff, seen from four different seats.
Put those seats in one room and the same conclusion keeps surfacing: the layers between the company that needs housing and the host who holds the keys aren't adding much — they're adding distance and cost. The fix isn't a smarter way to negotiate through the layers. It's removing them.
What Radius is
Radius is a real-time marketplace built exclusively for 30+ day furnished accommodations. The host lists live availability at their own rate; companies and guests search that live inventory, see what's actually open, and book it directly — search, rates, payment, and confirmation, end to end. Radius earns a flat 8% booking fee deducted from the host's payout, not added on top of what the company or guest sees.
Search, shortlist, share, place. A company places a stay in one window instead of a chain of forwarded emails.
In-platform extensions. Request and track an extension without re-quoting the unit — built for the roughly 90% of insurance stays that need at least one.
Real, direct contact. Once a stay is booked, host and guest get each other’s real phone and email.
